  As purchasing the Sauna and stove from Genrevive before and seeing the quality of the product and amazing customer service, I decided to get this red light therapy panel. It seems like a very good quality panel. As a first time red light therapy panel buyer I wanted to get something of decent size. My husband started using it as well and sometimes we find ourselves bunched up against each other to get the full exposure. Lol. I’m sure I’ll be getting the larger panel as we can both stand comfortably in front of it or lay down at the same time. So far I’m loving the company. They have been amazing at answering all my questions.

  I love love this sauna. It’s so practical and enjoyable to use. For the price that you pay, it is no brainer to get something like this. It heats up quickly and gets really hot. Like sometimes my husband and me cannot handle the heat. It depends on how much wood you put into the stove which doesn’t require a lot. I always get excited putting the wood in and starting the fire as it is a ritual for the experience. The large windows make the experience that much better. The benefits of saunas have been documented for years and I am truly happy to have been able to find a way to get these benefits. It’s portable as well, so we can take it to our friends place or anywhere. I really love this sauna.

  This is a great alternative to a full sized cold plunge with the chiller and filter. For a budget friendly option, this tub is great. I started ice plunging last year and as a beginner, I think this is a great option to get your feet wet.

I do need to change the water once every while as well. For a budget friendly option, this tub is great. I started ice plunging last year and as a beginner, I think this is a great option to get your feet wet. No pun intended. It doesn’t take much room and I can fold it in the summer. I tried putting ice into it, but I had to buy way to much ice for it to work. I will upgrade to the ice plunge with the chiller and filter soon as ice plunging for me is a way of life now.

  This is a great alternative to someone who doesn’t have a lot of space for a sauna or doesn’t want to spend the money. It doesn’t take much space and is super easy to set up. I have it in my garage gym. I also like to add essential oils to it for the added benefits and relaxation. It does not get incredibly hot like the sauna, but it is enough to relax, especially after a hard day. This is more of a steam sauna than a dry sauna. I also like the fact that this is a Canadian company I can support.
